Fees
Fees are for a 50-minute psychotherapy hour and are based on the customary rates for therapists in this area. Fees will be discussed during the initial phone contact. Payment is made at the beginning of each therapy session and receipts are provided, if requested. Check, cash or credit is acceptable. 

 

Cancellation
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please do so as soon as possible. You will be billed directly for missed

appointments that are not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. If you need to cancel or change an appointment, you may leave a message on my voice mail or email me directly at drmurray@hushmail.com.

 

Insurance

 

Dr. Brittne Murray accepts the following insurance:

• UHC 

• Cigna

• Aetna

• Anthem BCBS

 

Many insurance plans provide coverage for mental health services provided by licensed professionals.  As the client it is your responsibility to be informed about your insurance coverage. If you plan to use your insurance, contact your insurance carrier prior to your first session to ask about your benefits for psychotherapy. The following are questions you may want to address:

 

• Your coverage for psychotherapy

• Your coverage for an out-of-network provider

• Whether a mental health diagnosis is required for reimbursement

• The amount of your deductible

• Number of visits per calendar year

 

 A sliding scale can be utilized for those who choose not to use their insurance.
